Can you help me with a design?
If you have a vision for a design, but cant quite manage to realise it, get in touch via our contact us page and we will try our best to help.
Can I request changes to a design?
If youd like to make a change to one of our personalised designs, or you like a design but its not available on the product(s) you are interested in, let us know via the contact us page and we'll see what we can do!
Orders
When will i receive my order?
We print your personalised products on demand.
This means there will be a production time in addition to the shipping time (which depends on the shipping service you select).
Our production time varies, depending on the product(s) that you've ordered and how busy we are, but we generally aim to dispatch products within 3-5 business days.
At busy times of year, such a Christmas, Valentines, Easter etc, our production times can increase slightly, so please make sure you order in plenty of time.

Can I return a product?
Because all of our products are personalised for you and printed on demand, we can only offer returns in the event of a manufacturing or printing fault.
So if you need any more information about a product before buying, contact us and we'll be pleased to help.
When personalising a product with your own design, please ensure that you are happy with the layout and spelling as we cannot be held liable in cases where there is a mistake with the layout or spelling.
