All products sold by ThePrintPlanet.co.uk are custom-made and printed on demand with a personalised design. This design may be one which we have created for you to use, or on some products, you may create your own design with which to personalise the product. As a result, and in accordance with the exceptions listed here, https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds, returns will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or print quality issue.

Shipping
We currently only ship to United Kingdom addresses.
The time it takes for your products to be delivered to you is made up of two components. Order Processing time and Shipping time.
Order Processing Time
Once your order has been accepted, we may review your order. This review will include a courtesy check on any personalisation you may have added to the products. If we believe there may be an error with your personalisation, we may contact you to confirm. We do not guarantee that we will perform a review on all orders, nor do we guarantee that we will identify all issues with personalisation. Your order will then be fulfilled by one of our print partners. Typically, our print partners process and dispatch orders between 2-3 business days.
Shipping Time
This can vary depending on the shipping service that you select when checking out. Typically the services we offer will deliver between 24-72 hours from dispatch.
